P4 Infrastructure, Inc. (“P4,” “us” or “we”) recognizes the importance of keeping your personal information private. Certain features on the Site enable customers and potential customers to provide P4 with certain personal information that we may use to contact or identify you. If you browse the Site, regardless of whether you create a user account, purchase any products or otherwise interact with the Site, P4 logs your IP address (the internet address of your computer) to tell us which parts of the Site you visit and how long you spend there. P4 is active on social media pages, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, and P4 may integrate social media widgets or features on the Site. These social media companies may recognize you and collect information about your visit to the Site, and they may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of those companies. P4 may display targeted advertising to you through such social media platforms. Such social media companies have interest-based advertising programs that allow P4 to direct advertisements to users who have shown interest in our products when you visit a social media platform. These advertisements are governed by the privacy policies of those social media companies that provide them.
Any information you submit in a public forum (e.g. a blog, chat room, or social network) can be read, collected, or used by us and others, and could be used to personalize your experience. You can opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional e-mails from P4 by using the opt-out or unsubscribe feature contained in our emails.
If you are a California resident, we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the California Consumer Protection Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).
We maintain appropriate technical, administrative and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information you provide against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.
However, since no method of Internet transmission is 100% secure, P4 cannot guarantee, ensure or warrant the security of any personal information you transmit to P4.
